LOL They own a lot of companies. They own the company my hubby works for (Stubhub). They are actually a really great company.

Yeah, I know they are great to work for. I just didn't know they owned paypal. They are always ranked right up there with my company as one of Fortunes top 100 companies to work for.

That is what gets me. When you sale on ebay and they pay with paypal, you are getting charged on both sides...

Yep. They have owned Paypal for years. They are a great company to work for.

Well the thing about that is that while eBay owns them, they operate as a separate company. So that's why there are fees on both ends. eBay doesn't directly benefit from Paypal's profits.

So I'm guessing we won't be finding out who it was.
