So upset

My friend called me to tell me that she is having a girl today. I am very happy for her yet at the same time all I want to do is cry. I was due 2 weeks before her and my husband and I wanted a girl this time around.

This is my second m.c. and I feel so sad whenever I see someone who is pregnant. She and her husband and son will be coming over this weekend so the boys can play and I have not seen her since I lost my little one, and I am just praying I can make it through the day without crying.  

Is is normal to still be upset?

iam so sorry for your loss mama and iam sure it very normal to feel that way i hope everything works out for you later on

Although Ive never had a miscarriage, I know that losing a child is nothing easy in the least. I lost my little sister when she was 3 weeks old and I still grieve about her being gone. There is nothing wrong with you being upset about it.

its perfectly normal to be upset after going through what you have. Its normal to feel a whole range of emotions including anger, saddness , jelousy.. Its important that you give yourself time to deal with things, bottling up your emotions isnt the way to go. Does your friend know about the miscarrage? If so im sure she would understand if you cryed.. Im so sorry for your loss..

Yes she knows, I know that she would understand if I cried in front of her, but I don't want to make her upset.
