h1n1

Okay.. soo im really iffy about the whole situation i dont want kaya to get itt.. im getting heer shots next week and im not sure if i'll wanna get kayas h1n1 shot. I heard some pretty crazy stories. its like im damned if i do im damned if i dont! What are your takes on this ladies?

I'm not going to get it for my daughter.

To me it's just like any other strain of flu and I don't get the flu shot. I don't find it to be necessary. Knock on wood lol.

My SO and I took our son to get the reg. flu shot today, and the nurse said he could get the h1n1 shot at the same time.... I probably would have said yes, but his dad is totally against our son getting it.... 
Basically, I'm concerned either way, but I think the benefits outweigh the risks!! The nurse told us she just got the vaccine and also gave it to her children......... 

1) i could search it if i wanted to but im just asking the opion of other moms.

my husband is in the navy & he's getting it he told me 95,000 people will die this Fall from it. Like me i think of it as another type of flue but its risky to pregnant women, elderly and Babies. So of course having a 15 month I do get Scared. Me myself, i'm not getting it. I dont have the insurance right now either. (long story) but my daughter has been getting colds alot lately so i wonder if her immune system would be strong enough for the Swine flu, ive been packing her in with vitamins Orange juice and Tylenol. (lol) idk just my opinion.
