Need some ideas for meals for a 14 month old

posted 3rd Nov
Sometimes I wonder if #1 if I'm feeding my LO enough and #2 what else she could be eating.
I end up doing the same things again and again so I need some ideas for meals
She's 14 months and for the most part loves almost everything...except carrots.

My son loves fish. We do a lot of catfish, fish tacos, I usually make them with grilled tilapia. He loves pork chops too. He pretty much eats everything we do. Right now he is having pizza, with gorganzola cheese, spinach, pears, and olives.

Whatever we eat is pretty much what my almost 13 month old gets-it really forces us to eat health conscious.Tonight we will be having marinated chicken breasts with brown rice and peas.If we do have something he can't have I have sweet potatoes on hand so I microwave one and add some fruit and cheese to his meal.Kids don't mind the same thing, just make sure they have each of the food groups.

my lo is 1 and he eats pretty much everything we do, except milk products, he's going through an allergy phase right now. If it's too unhealthy for him, we usually have something better left over from a previous night.

I have that SAME problem but B won't even TRY any new foods anyway. His diet consists of

Chicken gyoza (pot stickers)
pasta salad- (doesn't eat any of the veggies in it.  SOMETIMES will eat a broccoli or two)
spaghetti
mac and cheese
ramen
Mickey shaped cheese slices
yogurt
strawberries
grapes
vegetable curry
vegetarian bacon
cheese quesadillas
green beans (from my chicken stir fry)

and um, I think that is about it for now that I can remember.

My daughter is 14 months old, and is a little garbage disposal. She eats anything we'll give her. She eats spaghetti, mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, cereal, rice, ramen noodles, ravioli, etc. There is no limit to the possibilities.
