Ear piercing?

When do you normally get your daughters ears pierced? My daughter is almost 4 months... and my mom said she got mine done at 6 months... should I wait till then? And my mom also said she had mine done at the doctors...

When she asks for it. That's when I would normally do it.

I will get my daughter's pierced on Saturday she will be exactly 3 mo.

Have a real piercing shop do them. Don't go to clarie's.

I heard that 4 months is a good time, that's when I plan on getting my daughters done.

I got Jae's done at 3 months, here they can be done at 2 months (after they've had their first set of shots)

um I'm no help with this lol I'm waiting until Charlie asks to get them pierced.

How come you want them done? I mean ear piercings don't hurt -that- much, not enough not to put off for when the child is actually aware of what's going on, is there a particular reason you'd like her to have them so early?

I got my ears pierced at Clarie's and it all sorts of fucked up.

I agree I don't like it when people pierce baby's ears, they don;t have a choice. 

They wont do it unless your child is 3 months or older.

3 1/2 months... She's almost 5 months now and they've healed very well!!!!

Get them done with a needle instead of a gun, will help the piercing grow with them. My cousins says 6 months and under is a good time to get them done, he's a piercer at a tattoo shop and does a lot of LO's.
