Fad diets and everything else
I've learned that in 2 weeks since i have been walking ALOT more.... I losst 10 lbs... Just by walking and not chaning my eating habbits.
But what i do plan to do is. Cut my daily calories down to 1800. And exercise more... I found out how much calories i need from this website
