I'm a little annoyed with Planned Parenthood

So I went to go get a blood test at Planned Parenthood about an hour ago. I'm about a week and a half late   and I've taken 3 HPTs at home, only to get BFNs. Normally, I'd accept it...if it weren't for achy boobs and the nausea that comes and goes throughout the day (it's even worse when I'm first waking up). I remember how long it took me to get a BFP when I was pregnant with Xavy....I was about 9 weeks when I finally got a BFP.
Anywho, I told the lady at Planned Parenthood that I've taken 3 HPTs and they were negative...but I also explained about how long it took me to get a BFP with Xavy. She pretty much talked to me like I'm an idiot and explained that I'm most likely not pregnant. Fine, I can accept that...but I'd like to be absolutely positive that I'm not....is that too much to ask? She then proceeded to tell me that a blood test is only about ONE day better than a urine test....but that's not what I've heard from other people. But I filled out the paperwork and she took me to the back to do the blood test. After she takes my blood, she told me that it won't get sent out until Thursday   and my results should be in by Tuesday. But if I haven't heard from them, than that means I'm not pregnant.
I don't know. It was the first time I've ever gone to Planned Parenthood and I just wasn't too impressed with the way I was treated.   And the fact that she didn't tell me that I'd have to wait to next week to find out the results, I figured it'd be by Friday that the results would be in....but oh well. We'll see...
But can someone please tell me if the lady was correct about the blood test? Is it really only about a day better than a urine test?

i dont think so..my friend had a blood test a week before her missed period, when she found out she was pregnant.

Planned Parenthood is about three blocks away from my house and my hubby has the car today so I had to walk. A few of my friends in town use Planned Parenthood so I figured I would...but I just wasn't impressed with their employees.

I think she needs to take client sensitivity training so she can learn to deal with the general public .... she seems to have forgotten what its like to think about what the person on the other side of the desk is feeling in this situation ... plus shes an idiot

I'd go to my regular doc or a walk-in clinic, maybe.

I got my blood test done at Urgent Care and got my results back in 20 minutes.

ive had to take friends to PP before and they have always been rude... i would def try your local health department

Lol. Thank you, you're sweet for the baby dust! But...it'd definitely be an "oops" baby....not that we wouldn't welcome another addition. I'd just be concerned about being pregnant so soon after my first.
