Quick Question

So I haveMedicaidand whoever else who has it may know what I'm talking about.
A little while back(probably end of sept. beginning of oct.) one of the ladies called me to see how i was doing and asked a couple of questions.
She then told me that if i wanted to she would refer me to a nurse that does with prenatal and all that.So I said sure,thats fine.

So the nurse called me today.And made a appt. to come by my house.
Now i was half in lala land because I was walking home and I had to pee soo bad.lol
So all i heard was about me asking questions if i had any concerns.
So if anyone has done this before could you tell me
What exactly do they do when they come to meet you??

No one ever came to meet me. I wonder if it has to do with age?

I'm from MD and they did the same thing with me too, only they never followed through. I mean that was fine, it may have been because I went out and set up appointments and stuff on my own, but I never got a call from a nurse back or anything.

They called and did the whole questioning thing, about a million questions I swear, and then asked if I wanted a nurse to contact me. I feel like I was about as dazed and confused as you were, so I said uhmm okay. But yeah, they didn't get back to me, I feel like Medicaid can be a little unreliable at times, I wouldn't think it would be too awkward though, Good Luck!

I was on Medicaid in Maryland too and I am the same age as you . So I don't know why they are coming to your house . Did they leave you with a number ? I would try to get in contact with someone and just ask them about everything if you are concerned .

I got pregnant a month before i turned 17 and i was on medicaid and noone ever offered or asked to come to my home or school.

yeah im on medicade and no one ever called me or anything like that i havnt even heard from them since i got approved for it lol. michigan sucks tho so idk.
