ugh some people

so i took my kids to the park and a lady was there with her LO who was probaly maybe a year and a half. and the LO was running around in leggings and a tshirt!! im in minnesota and its about 40 degrees right now and the mom was wrapped up in a jacket and mittens.. i said "oh my goodness isn't she cold?" and the lady said " She refuses to wear a jacket." and kinda laughed...it's like umm if my kids refuse to wear there jackets outside they DONT go outside...

Are you serious!? That's just horrible!!! I always have Connor bundled up so much he complains he is hot lol. I don't get some people.

However my daughter will NOT wear a hat on her head, or a hood so i am nervous about this coming winter.

I just love when I see people all nice and warm. Then you have the kid in shorts and a jacket or something. Whats the point of the fricken jacket?

My son wouldn't leave a hat on him for anything last year! A hood he wasn't thrilled about but we could keep it up for a short time. This year he is older and we make him leave it on and he gets so mad at us and just glares lol.

That's kind of like letting your child decide whether or not it suits them to wear a seatbelt...shouldn't it be safety first?
