Awe poor little man!!!

I have the opposite issue. Faith loves the vacuum too much. She tries to help me making it 100x worse. So i try to vacuum when she's sleeping or not home just so i don't have to have the "help" lol (got her her own Vacuum for xmas.... so can't wait to give it to her)

I had to hold Mason and vacuum at the same time. I'm glad he isn't afraid anymore.

Kailee starts shaking and the lip goes out and screams every time we even pull it out and start to unravel the cord. It is getting worse and worse the older she is....I had to wait until her nap yesterday to vacuum because she was shaking so hard in daddys arms. I dont get it, she used to be fine with me running it.

Ok. you are going to laugh. But my son has never been around a vacuum unless we are down visiting family. we stayed for a month once and he would freak if it got turned on. so i left it off and let him sit on it, and pushed him around. he thought it was great fun. slowly i started turning it on while he was one there. and before you knew it he would just perch on top of it and we would vacuum away.

Yes! Aiden was so afraid of it, then was used to it and would even make noises imitating it when he saw it, but now he's back to being afraid. I've tried holding him while I vaccuum, sitting him on the couch with dad, but he just follows me crying. I do it while he's sleeping now.

Mine is 5 and she is still scared of it. I just run it anyway and warn her to go in the other room while I vaccum. It seems to work for her.

Oh man, I can't vacuum unless someone's here to hold my daughter. She hates the thing. It's so weird because she's completely fearless about everything else. We live near the highway and fire engine sirens don't bother her at all, neither does the kitchen exhaust fan, blender, or anything else.
