All caps does bother my eyes for some reason, but I don't comment on it, if it is that bad I just don't read it you know? I had no problem reading your post, but I bet you had trouble typing it up. LOL!

depends. If they are calling me ignorant or stupid, then yes, it bugs me and I will say something.
If they are just making a typo or grammer error, then no.
