GNC stores normally. In the breastfeeding thread there are girls in there that are relactacting that could help you out if you need anything

GNC, Walmart or online.
Also pump, pump, pump and try to nurse as much as you can.
Plus drink TONS of water.

Good luck!
Fenugreek and blessed thistle worked miracles for me...I was barely getting a few drops and within 4 days was back to being able to nurse.

Quoting Peightyn's Mommy:“ Whoa. I've never heard of GNC   Is it like a walgreens or something?”

They normally have them at malls... but it's more like a vitamin & nutritional store. Lots of pills & herbal supplements.

Quoting Peightyn's Mommy:“ I posted a topic asking about how I could relactatate because I was in the hospital for a week and my ... [snip!] ... Where can I find these supplements? like walmart or something? lol and any other ideas if you have more? Thanks mamas

Health food stores have them...I've seen fenugreek at regular grocery stores, but not wal-mart (here in k-town anyways) You will need a good pump. Sometimes wic will loan you a medical grade pump, or you can rent one. You'll have a much better chance if you stat pumping/taking the supplements before you are fully "dried up".

I'd try a health food/natural type food store. They are more likely to carry something like that. Good luck!!

Quoting Peightyn's Mommy:“ UGH! the pump! I dreadddd the pump. I have one but it's only useful for emergencies and even then it ... [snip!] ... to pump to help build my supply because I only used it a few times to get two bottles before. I've always had a great supply...”

Yeah it's normal to only get an ounce or two in a pumping session. When I had to pump when my supply was fucked I'd get like 1/4 of an ounce total between both breasts. For relactating you are pumping solely for the nipple stimulation to increase your production, so how much you get doesn't matter. You'll want to pump after every feeding, or if you aren't nursing at all, every 2-3 hours whenever possible. Letting the baby be on the breast even if she isn't getting much will help your production as well, more than the pump, but if you are almost totally dried up you'll need to do both, as well as take some supplements. It's hard work but you can do it.
