How long can it be stored in the refridgerator?

My brochure says..
Store fresh breastmilk in a refrigerator for up to 48 hours or freeze.

hmm i thinks its 7 days, but thawed BM needs to be used within 24hrs i never followed these rules whoops

Up to 3 days.

I usually freeze it or use it same day or next day.
