It only took 3 years 10 months and fifteen days

But Mason is sleeping in his own bed in his own room!

No more elbows to the face or knees to the back.... What a glorious feeling.

I thought this would mean more sound sleep, but instead now I am waking up every hour to go in their room and check on them.

Yay for no more co-sleeping! I don't regret it, but I am so glad to have my bed back again.

My lo will be 3 in December, and we're STILL working on it.

Mason will be four December 15th and when we moved into our new place this weekend I finally said that is it and so far he is doing amazing with it. I have made such a big deal about how proud I am of him doing it that first night that he has insisted on doing it every night since then. I am so glad it is going well.

Well Mason will be four in a month and a half so I am right there with you. I am just glad it has been easy so far. I was worried.

Oh believe me I didn't WANT it to happen for that long. It started with him only being able to sleep with me when he was tiny and just developed into this need for him. Brady is completely opposite of that though. He has to be in his own bed or he doesn't sleep well.

Where does Brady sleep? You'll get used to it. Everyone sleeps better too, Marissa will not sleep in our room at all! Not even if I beg her, lol!
I asked her to sleep in our room this week casue our heater isnt on yet and it gets cold at night well she said "no ill freeze!" lol
I tried co-sleeping with Julian, but he wasnt having it. He sleeps in his crib right next to me.

Brady and Mason share a room so he is in his crib. He won't co-sleep either. If I get him to sleep while I am holding him he will be ok for a little while and then he will start squirming. He has to be in his crib to settle down and sleep good.
