I know that doing interval training burns a lot of calories. And just cut 200 calories out of your daily intake and it should work moderately fast, youdon't want to lose weight too fast.

write down everything you eat. not only will it make you accountable for EVERY SINGLE THING you put in your mouth, but you'll realize that some of the stuff you eat isn't really b/c you're hungry, but b/c you want to snack. i also chew gum. i have an oral fixation and so i always have to have something in my mouth...and gum really helps me to not get fat!

I'm joining curves for women this week! I heard it works wonders and at only 30 mins a day! Oh and more protein vitamin d and calcium. Less everything else. and portions as small as your palm.

Do NOT eat between the hours of 9pm and 7am. Trust me, it helps, alot. lol
