So my l.o is killing me right now she has her foot sticking out on my side and boy it hurts i keep pushing it but she wont seem to move it.Any ideas its been there all morning.

Hold some ice to that spot. It works with my girl. Anytime she's hurting me I'll put a piece of ice for a second and then when she gets cold I'll get a really strong, irritated kick and she rolls.
