hubby and loosing weight

hey ladies well the hubby wants to loose weight he dr said he needs to also so i was wondering what are some good tips on how to get him up and moving lol he loves to play video games when he isn't working. and what kinds of meals could i make to help loose some weight also thanks

i would say lean meats, lots of veggies, and water ...Reduce his salt intact because if I know men right they love their salt.

Exercise...Start walking with him.

I just put DH on an exercise plan, His goal is to run on the elipticalfor 30 minutes/5 times a week by New years 

Lean meat and vegetables. No starch or sugars of course. Make him drink tons of water...

and uh... offer to go walking with him?
