long process

ugh, this is such a long process. I called the ob/gyn that I choose to go to, but i have to get referred from my primarcy care physician, that I havent ever been to cause I have never been sick. They couldnt referre me cause technicically Im not a pasient (sp) since Ive never been there. So now I have an app. today at 1:30 just to get referred.

I'm going through the same thing! Its my first so I have no clue what to expect (my miscarriages never went past 6 weeks). I want to go to a huge hospital here thats just for women and children, but there are alot of hoops to jump through to get there.

I'm going through that too!!! My husband has HMO and I am just now starting to use his insurance (I've always had PPO) and it was such a run around this morning with all these phone calls and choosing doctors and crap! Only to find out I couldnt get in until Nov. 23--even with having a miscarriage 6 months ago!!!!   Good luck, though!

I dont know what to expect here cause I just moved here last year. I know what to expect with the pregnancy and examines but thats about it. this pregnancy already seems different, like my symptoms. The only symptoms I had with my son was a missed period and headaches. This one I have headache, sore breasts, bloated, tired.... everything, except morning sickness but I do feel nausea at night

awe that sucks! I have had my insurance since jan. but i have never had to use it. GL. i see our due dates are a few days apart.

The ob I'm going to us awesome and he does an us at every appt! If you want the number let me know.

His name is Steven plimpton and its his office. Its really nice and like I said you will get an us every visit! He has two offices. 602 241 1717 or 602 258 2264
He also has midwifes in his office if you prefer. He will also be the one to deliver your baby. I wasn't sure about having a guy dr but I am 100 percent satisfied that I have it a chance!

My dr. in Indiana was a guy. SoI am ok with having a guy dr. Do you know if he allows Vbacs? I would really like to try a vbac, but I heard most drs. around he wont attempt a vbac.

I am not sure. I never had a c section so I haven't asked lol. He might. He is cool so maybe? Maybe call his office and ask.

He for sure does them. I just talked to my friend and he actually encourages them!

YAY! I will have to give him tomorrow. I really want to try for a vbac. and I think I will be successful as long as I dont get induced, I will never get induced again unless Im 42 weeks and a day haha. I had a horrible experience being induced.
