I understand how you feel I haven't wanted sex during this whole pregancy. It 33 weeks and I still don't. It's very uncomfortable for me since my body aches and his head is now down. At the same time though, if u want to maintain a good relationship, you have to compromise. Men are going to be men (well some not all) and if they're not happy at home, they'll look elsewhere (some, not all) Give him like2 days outta the week. And then it doesnt even have to be sex it could oral, taking a sexy shower together,a rub down or whatever u guys are into. I feel your pain tho ;)

I would take care of my hubby's needs. It doesnt have to be actual sex... just pleasure him

I'm in the same boat, except.. we're not together =/. He doesn't want to sleep with anyone else because he feels like it would be wrong since i'm carrying his baby, and because of that fact he finds me to be the most beautiful woman to walk this earth [so he says.. ha] Through my first trimester, i didn't want it at all. I was in way too much pain to even think about anything entering my body. Still to this day, I'm not sleeping with him and I honestly believe it's probably why we have such a shakey relationship/friendship.. because I am the one pushing him away. I have wanted sex, I just don't get the satisfaction I want anymore from him-so I just choose not to.

I agree, due to being in the same situation, it probably isn't best to completely push him away but just try to make him understand where you're at, what you're feeling, and why its just not in your interest.

I had the same problem when I was pregnant. You add the pressure and the fact that they don't try to understand (well... that's how it was for me, seems that way for you...) then it makes it even worse. Then that little part of you that is considering it, goes away. For me, anyway. Once my ex stopped pressuring me so much, I came around more for a compromise.

I'm sorry but obligatory sex is awful. Awful, awful. Even more when you are pregnant and the last thing you want to do is have sex.

Obviously. But if she wanted to be a good sport and it was actual intercourse that weirded her out. I told my husband to take care of it himself when I didn't feel like it, personally.

I had no sex drive during my last pregnancy.
I did compromise and take care of his needs, just not often enough for him, lol.
It's up to both of you to understand the situation and compromise or accept it as it is.

yup, she has needs, too. like needs not to have sex when she doesn't want to.
I get it that some women will do it because they feel they need to in order to keep their man.
I guess I am lucky that we have too much to lose if he divorced me over not having sex while pregnant. Or... that I will just say no if I don't want to and that is life. We still have a great relationship and he knows I will be back to normal in a couple of months.
