weight loss

anyone have mirena and find it VERY difficult to loose weight??? I have an apt dec8th to get it removed, but i don't know if I can wait till then! (no its not *just* because of the weight loss)

I have it and I have lost weight with it. I have no cravings or anything I like it. The only problem with mirena is my face breaks out really bad and hair loss

I have never heard of that. It doesn't have hormones in it right.? It shouldn't effect weight at all.

Mirena does have hormones in it.

Oh, Blah. I was going to do mirena cuz I was told it didn't have hormones. Glad I didn't anything with hormones makes me gain weight. :/

Paraguard doesn't have hormones it in, it's a copper IUD.

Its a very small amount of hormones
