well that's just WRONG! i don't know what i'd do. i'm not normally for manipluation, but i think maybe in your case i'd totally deny him any sex for awhile and then tell him that that's how you feel when he won't do anything special for you. and maybe make him crappy suppers, just lame stuff, like hotdogs or something, over and over...because you don't feel like putting forth any effort to make him feel special. maybe if he'd see how it feels on the other side he'd change.
ask him what ya'll are going to do for your anniversary. ask him every day, several times. bug the crap out of him. i bug my hubby to death about christmas! i'm like a little kid at christmas, i love it. so i'll bug him all thru december asking him what he's gonna get me and WHEN IS IT GOING TO APPEAR UNDER THE TREE?!!!! lol! our first year he really struggled to catch on, but he's doing much better anymore. when our first valentine's day rolled by without anything and he came home to a VERY weepy wife he felt really bad.

Hahahahaha lol, he doesnt have one...He is a great dad and he really is a good hubby, i mean he works hard, he has no issues helping with the kids or helping with things around the house, will do dishes, laundry, vacuum, clean bathrooms..he just really sucks in teh romance department

just dont bring it up to him. if hes not willing to do anything special for you or to even remember then why should you go out of your way to make the day special for him?

ahh i know the feeling hun donald hasnt gotten me anything in a long time last thing he got me was a dozen roses for mothers day when i was pregnant with krystal. just let him know that u need some loving too let him know u would like to go out on that day and just be with u two if u can do that with 5 LO's lol.

My SO is the same. He doesn't even care about birthdays. But you better believe I spend time, energy and money planning his and getting him something he wants.

It's not that he doesn't care about birthdays, it's that he doesn't care about my birthday. Or anything for that matter.

I always go way overboard and get little from him. If even a card.

I am right there with you on that one. My husband is the same way.
