sleeping?

ok so i know i am a supposed to be tired and all...But I think its a little excessive in my case. All i do is sleep i swear. I can't help it either. When we go out some where i am fine but when i am at home i am just so tired. Even being on the comp I just wanna sleep. If I go do the dishes or something, I am fine for a little while. Then all of a sudden boom i am really tired again. I don't understand it. Any advice?

Your body goes through alot being pregnant and giving birth, it may take you awhile to bounce back BUT

If you feel depressed you may want to talk to your doctor.

GIrl you just had a baby! Your gonna be tired and want to sleep all the time, for the rest of your life. But if you are feeling depressed, dont ignore it. Its normal and a lot of women feel depressed after giving birth. Talk to your doctor. They can help.
