re: If you were a millionaire.

I would go more towards luxury.I would be a SAHM, and be able to have another child, maybe 2.
I would have a huge home with a huge privateback yard and a playground. I would hire someone to help with the yard and to clean my house. We would also both drive nicer cars... but nothing crazy extravagant. I would like a personal chef and trainer too....

Quoting ღEvan's Mommyღ:“ I have to agree with you there. And I LOVE to cook, so I would maybe have a chef over to teach me a few recipes and tricks so that I could be a better cook.

I'd so pay for private culinary school

If I was a millionaire, not much would change about our lives besides I would have no debt - ever again - and we would build ourselves the house we want in the country.

I would probably invest a good chunk of it, help my family pay off their debt, and then live frugally as I do now.

There would be no big splurges, honestly. Maybe a much needed vacation, but even then, I would do it cheaply.

I'm a cheapskate. I can't help it. lol

If I were a millionaire, I would first pay off all of my grandma's debts. My house being one of them. The house is mine when it is paid off. I would then sell it. Buy me a new home, new furniture, etc. Pay off my debts. Give my mom, my FIL, my aunt some cash. Donate some to charity. Put money in separate accounts for each of my kids (one for college, and one for extras IF they graduate college). Then save some for myself. I would continue school and working. I wouldn't hire people to handle things that are my responsibility. I don't need someone taking care of my face, hair, kids, house, etc. I find that to be dumb.

Oh and if I had any left, I would get a tummy tuck and new boobs

Depends on how many millions we are speaking about. I personally love to cook & take care of my own kid, so those two are out.
I really don't think life will change that much. My family comes from money & so does DH's, so it really wouldn't be a life changing event.

I would pay someone to clean my house daily, though! I'd pay for a hairdresser & makeup artist to come by when I had an event to go to.
All in all, I'd invest more into the real estate market, I'd participate more in habitat for humanity& help people less fortunate.

My husband would probably pay someone to do the yardwork & wash/wax the cars. We used to have someone do the cars & we were spending over $200 a month on that, so I put a hault to that.

I always swore I'd open a no-kill animal shelter & vet clinic that is 24 hoursb/c the closest one is like 45 minutes away.

Cam and I have always said that if we have the money, when we live in the country, that we are going to open a small shelter for dogs - to rehabilitate them and find them good homes.

It would such a wonderful thing to do. Nno animal would get turned away or put to sleep just forthe heck of it.

Exactly. Poor little doggies.

We want to take the ones that the shelters kill quickly: pits, german shepards, etc.
