Woke up to cramping...

ugh I'm getting painful cramps, feels like period cramps but I know it could just be gas. But I was able to go to the bathroom and they are still coming. It feels like a dull ache in the bottom of my belly and when the cramp starts its painful and tightens my belly but only lasts for about 30 seconds. I've been up for about an hour I've been getting them every 10 minutes or so... what do you guys think??

awww yay good luck i hope they last! get up and start walking around and trying to be mobile because its better to be walking around when they start then laying down

they are still coming, I've done the dishes, fed the baby and put my bed sheets in the wah... gonna pull up a contraction timer now!! They are still only about 30 seconds long... I'm not calling anyone in a panic yet! lol

Just remember, it's sometimes best to get the bulk of your labor out of the way at home

very true, my midwife won't let me go to the hospital until they are 5 minutes apart and lasting a minute for over an hour!!

I wish the doc had told my sister this. She rushed in right when she first starting feeling them, and was in labor for like 30 hours. Got sent home twice, lol.
