My Daughter's Face

So...weird question... I'm 33 weeks and I just got an ultrasound... a normal one not of those specialized imaging 4d ones... but the technician was able to show me an image of her face and her features and stuff... how reliable should i consider what i saw in terms of visualizing what my daughter is going to look like?

mmmm unless its a 4D i would say not much. your looking at bones

I got an ultra sound at 40 weeks and my daughter looked creepy. lmao. Not gonna lie. She looked nothing like that ultrasound pic. her 4d ultrasound she DID look like. But a regular ultrasound.. not at all.

My son looked nothing like I thought he would. I had 3D ultrasounds and he still didn't look like them.

I never got the 3D or 4D ones, just the normal ones and they don't look anything like her..even the face shape isn't like hers

It's hard to say.

I got an u/s late in my pregnancy and saw that my dd's chin was very recessed. I immediately thought "nah, it's just the u/s" but sure enough when she was born she had a teeny little chin and she looked just like the image.

It has grown out, lol. She's pretty now. When she was born, though...I thought she was deformed. I feel bad saying that, but it kind of feels good to be totally honest about it.

I got a profile shot of my son at 21 weeks, he actually looks like this pic.

The real copy looks better, but it's still his profile.

I wouldn't try and base what she will look like off of a regular ultrasound.

haha. Yes they do!

I god my ultrasound and its cool cause you can see she has my nose, and her fathers forehead....but her little hand is covering her mouth...so I wonder whose lips she has....so exciting
