Do any of you have any good cookbooks? Or can give me a general idea as to what type of cookbook I should get.

My daughter is SUPER picky. So anything that helps me to hide vegetables in food without her tasting it would be AWESOME. I thought I had one book marked, but I can't find it.

I'm a baker, not a cooker. Haha

ever tried any boca products? some taste like meat but they are filled with veggies

i LOVE campbells recipes. www.campbellkitchen.com- you make every meal with a can of campbells soup and you can pick which can of soup you want to use.
and www.kraftfoods.comis cool too. you can list what ingredients you want to use in each recipe.

I'm a vegetarian and so is my son, so we can't eat a few of the recipes, but the tofu nuggets are really good. He loves them!
It's a good book. My friend said the cookies are great.

Our kids act to much alike. Its kinda scary. Except Chaise loves veggies. Not a big meat fan though.

You're lucky. Taelyr has a problem with textures because she has a sensory problem. So if it feels weird to her, she won't eat it. It sucks.

Is that something she will grow out of? Or get used to? Chaise loves beets and squash and all that stuff. YUCK...LOL

I think Tae might be my kid. I won't eat rice because it feels like maggots. LMFAO. Natalie and Josh are the same way though. I don't know if it truly bothers them, or if they just don't like it because I don't. Who knows with those weirdos. I almost bought a cook book in Walmart today. Actually I MEANT to, but I got to the register and it was nowhere to be found in the cart so I guess I put it down. LOL. Totally OT. I'm not much help I'm more of a "Eat it or I'll beat you with the plate" kind of person.
