I'm 5'2". I know. I didn't think I was too but I went to my gyno for a check up on my mirena and they weighed me.

Your body is too used to your routine. You need to switch it up. Do sprinting intervals on the treadmill (sprint for 1 min, then rest for 30 sec. repeat this for 15 min...it will KILL you!), do the stairmaster, jumprope, etc. Google plyometrics. It will kick your ass, no joke! I do about 45 min of cardio and 30 min. of weight training 5 to 6 times per week. I lost over 60 lbs. after I had Evan.
Annnnnnd, losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. You need to change your diet completely. You can eat all day if you want, but you have to eat healthy. No soda, watch your sodium intake (stay less than 1500 mlg per day). I eat 6 small meals per day instead of3 big ones.

When Im Hungry I start with Bottled water... also If you feel it will help keep a food Log... i started mine yesterday and well its kept me in check atlest today i want sweets soo bad but i gtta shed the 80lbs that i gained during both pregnancies.... go to fitday.com make an account and it will help you set your starting weight goal weight and when you want that by it will also tell you how many lbs a week u need to lose to reach your weight goal mine is about 5 lbs a week lol but I WILL DO IT!... and also u type what you ate and it will give you an estimate on the colires and such theres an activity log and all that I just started my husband on one cuz sometimes u dont realize that youre eating more than the 2000 caloris and try to plan out your meals and stay well below what you need to... seeing what your eating on a log will keep your mind damn i need to cut back on.... what ever is too Fattening for you to be eating!

Your sounding pretty stressed and that in itself will make you NOT lose weight I've lost 51 lbs doing this and it might work it might not and I'm warning you it is a bit different but if you actually do the exercise part you will lose weight and tone up   I do portion control along with Kundalini yoga I bought off Amazon.com I do these 5x's a week Fat free yoga, Navel Power and Yoga body beauty they are a bit tough at first but they work best of luck to you!
