I tried that but I needed it quiet when I was having a contraction.

Lol I accidentally left mine at the hospital when we were discharged. I made my husband drive back and go to labor and delivery and ask for another one!!!

OP, I'd have to say the most useful thing I had with me was my husband. No matter how well I packed my hospital bag, I still needed 4 outfits for myself, outfits for the baby, a lot of sutff... He had to run back to the house for me a few times. (and mcdonalds)
