Quoting Lillyana's mommy*:“ i was 8 cm when i got to the hospital i felt like it was pre labor but after they broke my watr it hurt bad, but i did it natuarl”

that is why both times i let my water stay intact! it's fascinating how far you can get through labor without it being awful if your water hasn't broken. with my first it didn't break until i had already been pushing for an hour and a half. he was born 30 minutes later.
with my second i had been pushing for a little bit and we broke it in attempt to get my anterior lip out of the way, and he was also born half an hour later.
