How do you clean yourself out?

What can you take or do to clean yourself out before labor? You know so you won't poo or anything. I wanna try for a natural labor.

you can give yourself an enema... they sell them at the grocery store. Imma say screw that though, I had diarrhea for weeks before my labor so I wasn't worried, LOL.

nothin. if you crap you crap. i guarentee if youre goin natural?? you wont notice.. or care for that matter.

nothing. natural laborers poop on the table, too... it's a bodily function just as much as birth is...

You normally get the runs before you go into labor, but you can have an enema. Request it when you go into hospital or buy a douche to use at home (that's what I plan on doing).

if your talking about laxatives...i dont think your suppose to take those while pregnant. i heard it happens naturally i guess you could take benefiber if you want.

Noteveryone poos during labor.... And if it does its no big deal. they normally clean it up without telling you.

I didn't do anything, and I SHIT ALL OVER THE DOCTOR.

My doctor gives enemas, so maybe ask yours?

That's normally the last thing on your mind.  
I didn't poop for 4 days before I gave birth, and didn't poop on the table.
