5th IUI Failed

I just found out today that our 5th IUI with Clomid and trigger shot has failed. We have been seeing a Reproductive Endocronogist for almost 2 years. I don't know what to do next? Anyone else not have any luck with IUI and if so what did you try next?

I am thinking of trying:
1. Upping my Clomid Dose currently taking 50mg b/c I do ovulate
2. Back to Back IUI's 14-18 hours apart
3. jumping off a cliff? hehe that ones a joke but seriously wth? I always ovulate and still nothing??

 
I'm assuming you had the semen checked for viability?

ugh I'm sorry hon that totally sucks   Have you considered trying Femara/IUI instead of Clomid? I did 8 rounds of Clomid and nothing came of it, but when I switched to Femara I got pregnant immediately. Just thought I'd throw that out there in case you want to try something new but don't feel ready for injections.

We are always told that the seman is great. The count this last time was 6.7million after the wash not sure or mobility or motility?

Thanks Rachel. How is the Femara different from Clomid? Did you ovulate on Clomid?

it works pretty much the same but for some reason it's shown a high success rate for women who the Clomid did not work for, especially those with PCOS. I Oed 5 of the 8 cycles on Clomid, but Oed stronger on the femara than any of the Clomid cycles (higher temps, more EWCM, stronger O pains, etc).

You might try the Clomid and double up the IUI, again. It did work once for you...so it might be safe to try again since you know it works. It does suck waiting though  

I'd try Femara, I know Clomid can make your lining thinner the longer your on it. I'd also try the doubled up the IUI. Did the doctor give you a reason why it might not be working?

Have they tried giving your husband Clomid or Fermara to help with his count?

I am going to ask about Femara...No reason has been given as to why I am not getting pregnant other then I have Stage 4 Endo and still have some extensive scarring and such.

My Dr. seems to think my DH seman is fine?? I don't and if we do back to back IUI it will need to be higher b/c they need 5mil each IUI and that close it may not be? since it was only 6.7million last time.
