And I still cant find my answer. Mybae I just dont look in the right place. So i'm going to see if you mommas know. I'm curious to know what the youngest age is that has gotten H1N1 virus. I'm not afraid of this virus, and really dont feel that my health is in danger if I contact it. But, my LO is only 3 months old and it worries me that she has a chance of getting it and not getting threw it. My neice and nephew just got better from having it and they recovered in about a day. They are 2 years old and 11 months...

My daughter is 7 months old and is recovering from it right now.

Im not positive but I think they can get it at 3 months. I know that I live in Idaho and they are in short supply of it and anyone who lives in a household with an infant under 6 months can get the vacine because their immune system is not strong enough to fight off the virus. Again dont quote me because I am not 100% positive. Your best bet would be to contact your Health Department. They will have the answer for you. Also it is a really good idea to get it for yourself so that you dont bring it home to your baby! =]] Good luck!

She was deathly ill looking for a couple days. No color to her face except red outlines on her eyes. Barely wanted to move, coughing so much, just miserable. Cried alot. Her voice is hoarse now from it. It was sad, but she's slowly getting better.

Aww thank god she's getting better!I think that's my biggest fear, she'll get extremely sick and just look like complete death, and then not get threw it... ME and my SO are paraniod from it, that when we go out if we forget our hand sanitizer we'll buy it from werever we're at. We were at walmart just looking around the other day, and when we were about to leave I noticed we forgot the sanitzer so we went back and waited in the longest line for our 79 cent hand sanitizer lol.

I dont use hand sanitizer at all, lol. I saved 79 cents!
On a serious note though, its scary for the first couple days of symptoms, but most people recover from it just fine.
