just wondering

so my LO is almost 20lbs..and i know she needs to be 20lbs AND a year to face forward..should i leave her in her baby car seat or is there another type of car seat that caters to babies 20lbs and over that still faces backwards? if u could include a pic that'd be wonderful

yup! they do make infant seats with higher weight and height limits which I recommend to everyone because I love mine but it would be a waste of money to buy another infant seat at this point

My LO's doc said even though her weight is good for a forward facing she still needs to be rear facing until she is one. Get a convertiable carseat.

yes, convertible car seats rear face until they reach the limits and then you turn it forward facing until they reach those limits (different from the rear facing limits)
