I got mine at GNC...I take it twice a day (2 capsules) and everyone once in a while vaginally. Its so nasty though when it dissolves! lol

Its so gross. They say do it when you go to bed, that way its dissolved before you go pee for the first time at night...Im sitting here thinking, how the hell do they know my pee schedule?! lol But yeah its so nasty, especially when you do go pee *this may be TMI but here goes* b/c it looks like you've peed oil in the toilet! I wear a pantyliner to bed when I do it....But I've only done it twice b/c its gross! haha.
