As for the stroller, I think the chick that wrote the review was nuts! That being said, I recently ordered my Graco Snugride 32 infant seat and the pics on the website showed it was clearly a grey base and then grey material with blue and green diamonds. I got it in the mail, and the box showed the exact same picture. I opened it up and it's BROWN with a tan base????? Like, not even close. My husband (who wouldn't notice that stuff) even noticed and said "Well that don't look right" lol

So I called Graco to complain (not that the color is horrible, but it wasn't what I ordered) and they said they would send a complaint to there marketing dept. Then they actually sent me out a free cover in a different pattern and a free sunshade in the different pattern as well, can't complain about that!

I always get free stuff lol! The trick is to call and complain, even for the littlest things. Like I had a bunch of sippy cups that would leak, got coupons for 4 free ones. I bought the greber manual breast pump and the pin that holds the handle in kept coming out, they sent me a whole new assembly for it free plus a shit load of coupons.

My best though was a pair of Hanes shoes I bought - damn things split after less then a week. I got a free pair of shoes, an umbrella, slippers, isotoner gloves and a tshirt!

I see the purple but I'm looking at it as purple gray like faint lilac. I can't see the checked part either. I agree with their review (sort of)-- I hate deceiving pictures on the internet but I always go the extra step and try to find a user's photo of the product.
