What do you think of this?

Do you think the crew was wrong to kick her and her toddler off the plane?

I think so. I know the article said they couldn't hear the safety announcements... but really though? A two year old sometimes cries, screams, and they're generally loud. I have a hard time believing he was causing THAT big of a scene.

I find it so sad when I read the comments from other people on the article how rude they are about toddlers on planes. Some people write how parents need to control there kids and stuff, but I fly with my lil man at least 4x a year and its not the easiest task to control him.Especially in a tight plane with cabin pressure and just being in an airport for hours. I feel so bad for that mom!

Yes they were wrong. Toddlers act up the mom should have dealt with it but she shouldn't of been kicked off the flight.

Me too! My lil man freaked out when we got on the plane last time cause it was tight and it was FULL flight. The crew didnt help me one bit, it was other passengers that helped me put all my bags away and get settled with him.

No, I don't think they were wrong. I travel with my son frequently, it's not THAT hard to get your kid under control.

A two year old though? I mean my son has his breakdowns and when we fly after waiting hours at an airport and going through security and layovers. He gets restless.

Yes, a two year old. As I said we travel frequently as my family lives in Ohio and my Husband's family lives in SoCal. It really really isn't that hard if you know your kid.

To me I find it very hard to travel with a toddler. Thats why I feel bad for that mom. I mean they dont say how bad he really was. I can understand if the kid was running up and down the aisle and what not. My two year old gets very restless. We fly all the time from florida to cali and to kansas and chicago... our family lives everywhere. He knows the plane and everything but after layovers, and waking up early for flights and time changes it gets hard. My son cried for daddy on the plane too and thank goodness I had an awesome flight they all played with him and stuff cause they saw my hubby drop us off last time. It can be nerve wrecking for parent to have a toddler throw a fit or get emotional on plane. The last thing you would want is to get kicked off.

I do understand that and I do feel bad for the mom. However, the mom and the child are not the only ones on the plane, and I honestly feel bad for the other passengers that they have to listen to all that.

I have to agree. We've flown with our daughter from 12 weeks to 3 years, almost all international flights (from 9 hours to 19) and never had a problem keeping her entertained and quite. Of course, I'm also the type of parent that will find a time-out spot anywhere, and our daughter knows that lol.
