prenatals after baby?

My LO is almost 5 months and I have been taking my prenatals since I am BF, but this past 2 weeks, every time I take one i get an AWFUL headache! Should I stop taking them?

have you changed the way you take them, like did you used to take them with a meal and lately haven't been!?

I know they give me terrible headaches when i don't take them with food.

I'm breastfeeding too and I get headaches if I don't drink enough water.
Also when I take fenugreek it gives me headaches.
You need to take your prenatals.

I didnt think it was from them at first so I took them at different times everyday and it happened like 30 minutes after I took them EVERY time...

No, when i was preg and up until about a month ago I would take them about an hour before bed and started getting headaches SO bad that I would wake up, so i tried taking them in the mornings, then afternoons, nothing helped

Your headaches could definitely be from your prenatals. This can happen when you get too much of a certain vitamin, especially vitamin A.
You could try taking chewable vitamins instead. Your body probably doesn't need the high doses in prenatals any more even though you are still BF'ing. The childrens' vitamins have less and may stop your headaches.
I never took my prenatals when I BF my daughter, I just made sure I ate healthily.
I'm taking my prenatals with my son just because my life is a lot busier now and I don't have time to eat right at all times. I take mine at night right before bed because but if I ever notice they start giving me really bad headaches I will probably switch to chewables.
Another thing you can try is taking half a pill in the morning and half at night. Then you won't get all the vitamins at once.
