Right before he turned 11 months.
And it was full blown walking, not taking steps.

My daughter started to take steps on her own at about 11 months, but only like 2 steps before she fell down. On her first birthday she took 13 steps on her own before falling, then it only took her a few days before she was walking everywhere.

My son will be 11 months on the 4th and isn't even standing on his own yet. Hes a preemie though. Hes close to standing though so it wont be long after that.

Between 10 -11 months! But all babies do it at their own speed so it can vary and no need to worry!

Im so excited just yesterday my 9m 2w old son took ten steps across the room to the coffee table without falling down!

ohh im not worried. lol.
hes almost 9 months and the kid is soooo close to walking.
i was just curious as to when hes suppose to.. lol.

My oldest was walking at 9 1/2 months. I am worried that Aubrey is going to follow suit LOL. She just started crawling, and now she is pulling up on everything. She was even transferring her self between objects this weekend. I want my baby to stay small.

James took five steps when he just turned 8 months, now he can take about 8-9 steps without falling
