no i'm not. its a daily thing too. i don't dream about things.. it's all when i'm awake. no matter what i'm doing i'm thinking about all the bad things that could happen & it makes me really dizzy and i start shaking

I have that too paxil has been helping so far, but some days are worse then others.

ya before i started taking meds every time i'd walk out the door i'd freak out about if someone was following me. I couldn't even go out at night it got that bad. Now i'm fine in the house as long as the door is locked. I use to not be able to sleep even with the doors locked and the windows shut.
