there are tons of calories in what u drink, thats why i drink water so i save calories for actual food. i drink fuze slenderize it tastes good and only 20 cal a serving. i have a soda sometimes, no more than one cana day even then i dont finish the can.
today i ate for breakfast low fat milk and apples from an apple pie no crust, a bowl of whole wheat pasta with tons of veggies i made for lunch, a bacon avocado tomato sandwich for dinner with a fuze and aplum for late night snack.i estimate i probably ate around 1200 cal. 1200 is generally my goal. i also indulge once a week where i dont count calories. i believe i need to do this to loose weight. if i dont its harder to loose for me i guess my body doesnt loose weight it thinks im starving but im not.
