Jair and Jai's labor update thread

Ok ladies, this will be the thread used to update all of my friends on my labor progress.
I have a bunch of phone numbers and aim's but I doubt I will be able to text while pushing so my SIL
has agreed to keep you guys updated hour by hour tonight and tomorrow. So make sure to subscribe
to this thread for all of the latest updates.
For those who are not aware, I am 42weeks 1day pregnant today and I am scheduled for a 9pm induction.
I am very scared so please send lots of labor dust and prayers  .
Thank you to all of my friends who have been there for me and Jair in this loooooong and dificult
pregnancy, now it is time to get this boy OUT!!!!! Next time you ladies hear from me I will be a mommy  .
I have about a gazillion things to do before I go in so this is it ladies, wish me luck <3.

Hi ladies I'm Jai's SIL Danielle....I will be doin all updates right here on my post so this will now become the OP so you wont have to go thru a lot of pages to get updates. I'm excited to finally be able to meet my nephew/godson so wish us luck. I'm preparing for the trip to the hospital as well as Jai so I will start with updates soon.

6:45 pm- Goin to pick up Jai and Reggie to go to the hospital for induction

7:40 pm- Off to the hospital!

8:35 pm- At the hospital filling out paperwork and prepping

9:50 pm- Induction begins! Jai is given Cyotec for induction. 1.5 cent. dialated. Now we wait!

11:26 pm- First real contraction!

5 contrations in one hour

1:25 am- Another dose of Cyotec administered. 2 cent dialated. Docs goin to come back in 3 hrs

2:07 am- Contractions are gettin closer together, some progress is gettin made

4:51 am- More Cyotec given. Cervix is softer. Another 3 hour wait

7:30 am- Gave iv meds for back pain bc Jair is on Jai's spine. Mild labor pains

8:12 am- 3 cent dialated

8:30 am- Pitocin given, time to get this show moving!

10:30 am- WATER BROKE ON ITS OWN!

12:00 pm- Active labor, strong contractions.

1:31 pm- 2-3 min apart contractions

2:50 pm- Cervix checked but no change, head still high up. C-section is discussed

3:00 pm- Anesteseologist (sp?) came in to discuss c-section procedure

3:25 pm- Off to c-section

4:07 pm- JAIR IS HERE!!!!
Weight- 9lb 11oz Length- 23 inches

5:50 pm- Met his grandparents for the first time

6:25 pm- Met his favorite Auntie in the world (Me) for the first time.
