Question about ovulation

This may be tmi but i need to know. So i have been on birthcontrol for a long time and got off of it in january of this year. Last month was the first time i noticed really white thick creamy discharge in my underwear when i went to the bathroom and had it for like 2 days then returned to normal. I have not experianced this and was wondering if its possible i had ovulated.
