advice on my weight loss home strech

Ok so- before i got pregnant i weighed 160, im 5'6 and was i guess a little chubby. then i got pregnant and food became my best friend and i ended up around 290 pounds and when i left the hospital i weighed in at 277, im now at 140 ish.




This was me at 277. 1 wk PP at the nicu visting my daughter



This is a picture of me from last saturday at 140 pounds 13 months later

but i want to get to 115 and get plastic surgery done before my bday in august, but im kinda not so sure how to go about getting there. im having a little difficulty because my situation isnt allowing it right now, but my husband wants to try P90X when me and my daughter can move on base with him, but im scared thats going to make me bulky, and i want to be a model. any suggestions????

p90x has a lean program to get leaner rather than bulkier

I did a lot of running, A LOT lol and some routine workouts, but maily cardio. and i also eat organic health food. thank you sweet heart

Run!

I ran when I was in highschool, I was a skinny MF. I have the "Model" shape for my body though, so it's really easy for me to be lean.

It really depends on the kind of body that you have. Big hips = no go for runway, but underwear models usually have bigger hips.

It really all depends. If you do underwear, you want a little muscle tone.. it makes your skin look more taught.

i dont want to do run way, i was looking at more underwear swim suit kinda stuff, also im more alternative and i like the idea of pinup so i was thinkig of trying for suicide girls

For swimsuit or pin up, you want a little muscle tone. In your case, cardio and weight training would be a really good option.
P90x would actually be a great option for you, but the gym I would have to say would be the best.

we will have a gym on base i can access but im willing to try the P90X i just dont want to look like a man when its over lol

You shouldn't. If you strictly diet without exercise and loose that much weight without strength training then you will just have a lot of loose skin.

i do but even now the only place is my stomch- thats why im getting surgery, thank you for your help though
