can someone PLEASE??? not halloween pics

okay my 6 year old niece got to talk to her daddy on the webcam today for the first time..he's in iraq...I don't have any cool programs or anything so I was wondering if someone could do something to these pictures??

I kept trying to get him to be still b/c it kept getting blurry when he would move, but she was so excited to actually see his face...it made me thankful that my kids will never have to go through that...I did, but theywon't!!
