Im 17 and have no clue about being pregnant

My first doctor appointment is this thursday and im so not prepared for this. I am 12 weeks pregnant, and well i have no clue about the do's and don'ts of being pregnant. I joined this website to get some info and feel a bit more comfortable with the changes im going through. please help.

You should learn a lot more at your first appointment of what not to eat and things like that. But if you have any specific questions there's tons and tons of pregnant women and mommies etc who can answer your Q's.

Hey and welcome...Basic do and donts are simple enough, no drinking alcohol, smoking, drugs that sort of thing..take your prenatals, proper medical care. Any other questions feel free to ask

Congrats!!!! There is so much to know but if you ever have a question, don't ever be scared to ask! Alot of mamma's on here are so nice and everyone is willing to give you advice, and to encourage you! Even if you just need to vent about your baby daddy or something!!

i just learned yesterday i couldn't eat sushi, and i was planning on having sushi this weekend with some friends, im so glad i learned a tip like that before i went and made myself sickkkkk
