we didnt. not even for naps. we are also let her CIO when we transfered her from bassinet to crib in her own room. i mean co-sleeping is very dangerous IMO. we've never done it, & i never would do it. a bassinet by our bed worked just fine.

EDIT** what were your SO's reasons for wanting to co-sleep? just curious.

I nursed the babies and had the bassinet/crib beside our bed.I would nurse them in the night then put them back in the crib. Sometimes in the wee hours of the morning I would just keep the baby in the bed with us....

Nathan (my baby, the youngest) marches to his own drum and his eyes POP open, the minute I put him back in his crib   I plan on nipping this in the butt! I like to be able to sprawl out in bed and get my freak on w/ daddy.

FOR THE LIFE OF ME, I CANNOT HAVE SEX WITH THE BABY IN THE BED!

We never did. It's just something we are not comfortable with. To each their own.
