Airplane tips?

posted 1st Nov
Chelsies firt plane ride is coming up.. and I was wondering.

Are there any additional products you ladies bbought that you found helpful for a 19 month old?

Also, what all was in your carry on?

I know I need to pack on the carry-on:

Diapers
Wipes
Snacks
A few toys
An outfit to change into if needed
Blanket
Medicines (Tylonal, teething tablets, ect.)
Sippys (Do they let you carry liquids now?)

That list seems so short-- what else might I need?

And any other tips for airplane travel with a 19 month old? The last time I was on an airplane I was 16.. so it's been about 4 years since I flew.

I have my son in heaven, my daughter Chelsie, and my two step children.

No drama at all dear, I'm sure it looks crazy.

maybe a portable dvd player? I would definitely reccomend having a seat for him/her and taking a car seat! Biggest mistake of my lift was not taking a carseat on and having to hold my poor baby down when the seatbelt light was on. It would have been so much easier with one. Good luck!

Yes, you can take liquids for kids, I took milk for my daughter, just declare it at the safety gate, and they'll do an air test over the top of it.

I went when my daughter was 14m (in July), but we've not gone since.
