So not happy

That my LO has learned that he can yank my hand away from things when they are blocking him from touching. Like the power button to the computer, and I'm putting in a job app.

Pick him up?

Yeah that got old.. fast..We no longer pick them up. I generally put him down and make him get them himself

When all else fails I let him scream his head off in a high chair..... or playpen.

We just tell Ainsley no, and move her. It seems to be working better now. If she doesn't stop I put her in the pack and play so I can get stuff done, and then take her out after.

No can do, we have a booster chair that just sits on my bench, and he has mastered rocking it off of the bench, we don't do playpens. I finally just handed him a toy xylophone and his mallet from a different toy, and im letting him beat the hell out of them.

my lo is 2 1/2 now so we can just send him to his room. no toys in there.
is he's misbehaving, he is punished. by now, he knows better.

See, Damien is just turning 1(in 4 days) hes been on the move for a couple of months.. thats when it all went downhill.

We just moved last week, hes worse now. Lol.. Oh and his new sister should be here soon sometime this week or next, so im sure that will make it even worse, especially since he has discovered things like her bouncy infant chair and has already taken to grabbing the bar and shaking the hell out of it to make noise... *sigh*I have my hands full

my son was like that til his brother came home.
once he saw his brother he understood what "for baby" meant. he's an angel 95% of the time when it comes to his brother. he tried smothering him twice...   but it wasn't necessarily on purpose... more like he was covering him with a blanket and went too high.... but he was being watched for two months after that.... things are better now.
when he first showed up he HAD to be the one to feed him. it was cute.
