Help ladies!

This is a repost, but I got no responses last night,

So, I told Chelsie's dad about the fact that I'm moving to IL last night.

And he actually agreed. No fights, nothing. >.> Which I thought was really.. odd. He requested that the four of us (Him, his wife, myself and my fiance) sit down and hash everything out.

What I would like to do at this sit down, is take notes, develop a paper for all four of us to sign to show that we all agree to the "terms" of this, and have it notarized.

We would both like to stay out of court and away from lawyers. I don't want child support, and he can't pay it anyways since he's not working.

Now, what we had briefly talked about is me having her for the school year, and her coming to viist him for spring break, summer vaca, and winter break. Which is nearly half and half.

What questions do you think I should ask, or being expected to answer from them do you think?

Are there any other steps I should take for this situation?

Or any advice would be great.

There are tons more. I would have him sign saying he would pay for her trips up/down there....my friend got into a mess of trouble with that one.

Right now he wouldn't be able to afford that, unless he suddenly gets a job. So I was thinking that we'd either go back and forth on buying the tickets, or like I pay for her way down and he pays for her way back up.. something along those lines.

He does have another baby on the way, and he can't even afford that. I know I shouldn't cater to him, and a part of me feels like if he wants to see her, he should pay.. but don't want to restrict him from seeing her because he can't afford it.

I know that, but it's the only way for it to be fair. =/
