are your breast hard? if they are put warm towels on them and massage them, I know its hard..Its hard at any age my moms a lactation consultant..if its just getting TOO hard I would get a breast pump, but not just ANY, the ones from the hospital they rent them out..theyre very good and make milk come out even if you think you have a low supply.
